Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for talent, crew and production resources.
• Maintain and update equipment lists; assist with equipment prep and organization.
• Support location scouting, permits, and logistical documentation.
• Source, purchase, and organize props for shoots.
• Act as production runner for on-set needs, including errands and deliveries.
• Handle general administrative tasks during shoots (call sheets, releases, catering).
• Assist with post-shoot wrap-up, including inventory checks and returns.
• Communicate with production leads to anticipate and resolve logistical challenges.
