Job summary

Big 3 Media is seeking a Content Producer Intern in Singapore to gain hands-on experience from idea to final product. You will script, film, and edit content, collaborating with the team to bring fresh ideas to life and stay ahead of digital trends.

You'll work full-time, Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00, handling production coordination, post-production edits, and on-set tasks while learning industry workflows and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Film, Media Production, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Hands-on production work including filming setup, basic camera operation, lighting, audio, and editing.
• Proficient in writing, storytelling and video editing software listed above.
• Understanding of production workflows and content creation processes.
• Ability to manage creative and operational responsibilities with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and produce engaging short-form content from concept to final product.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help develop and produce engaging short-form content from concept to final product
• Write scripts and design storyboards for short videos and digital media.
• Shooting high-quality video and photos that align with our brand’s objectives.
• Edit and review video content to ensure it meets our quality standards and reflects our brand voice.
• Assist with production coordination and administrative tasks such as production scheduling, talent coordination, claims processing, equipment preparation, and shoot logistics.
• Conduct research to aid in content development and production planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content formats to contribute fresh approaches to our content.
• Work with team members to ensure that content meets creative and technical standards.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Film, Media production, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Comfortable with hands‑on technical production work, including filming setup, basic camera operation, lighting, audio, and post‑production editing.
• Proficiency in writing, storytelling, and using video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, DaVinci, Capcut).
• Basic understanding of production workflows and content creation processes.
• Able to manage both creative and operational/administrative responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn on the job.
• Able to commit full-time (Mon–Fri, 10AM – 7PM).
