Job summary

Bellow in Singapore is seeking a Production & Studio Operations Intern to support our production team with day-to-day operations, shoot preparation and post-production workflows.

You’ll work alongside experienced producers, videographers and editors, gaining hands-on exposure across commercial, corporate and social media productions while learning pre-production to delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Mass Communication or related discipline.
• Interest in filmmaking, video production and the creative industry.
• Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment preparation, packing, maintenance and inventory management.
• Support production logistics, shoot schedules, call sheets and other production documents.
• Assist the production team during shoots, including camera, lighting and general on-set support.
• Organise, transfer, back up and manage production footage and project files.
• Help maintain our video portfolio, including uploading and organising content on Vimeo.
• Assist with basic post-production tasks such as footage selects, syncing, subtitles and exports.
• Support studio organisation and ensure equipment is ready for upcoming productions.
• Take on other creative and production-related tasks as opportunities arise.
