Job summary

CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner in Singapore to coordinate build plans and scheduling based on customer orders and inventory needs.

The role requires collaboration with Purchasing, Engineering and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and accurate ERP/MRP updates. Candidates with 1–2 years in production or material planning, and knowledge of SAP/Oracle in a manufacturing setting will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in production planning or material planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, contract manufacturing or general manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production build plans and schedules based on customer orders and inventory requirements.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on any delays or scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure sufficient raw materials and components for production.
• Issue and update work orders according to production requirements.
• Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate planning records and update information in the MRP/ERP system.
• Support inventory planning, including safety stock and consignment stock replenishment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency.
