Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Planning professional in Singapore to plan and coordinate production schedules aligned with customer orders and inventory needs. The role requires coordinating with Purchasing, Engineering and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and accurate planning data in the MRP/ERP system.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in production or material planning in manufacturing, with familiarity in SAP or Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in production planning or material planning within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, contract manufacturing or general manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production build plans and schedules based on customer orders and inventory requirements.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on any delays or scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure sufficient raw materials and components for production.
• Issue and update work orders according to production requirements.
• Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate planning records and update information in the MRP/ERP system.
• Support inventory planning, including safety stock and consignment stock replenishment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency.
