Job summary

J'aime Confections in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time Production Baker to join our bakery production team. This hands-on role focuses on large-scale preparation of breads, cakes and pastries in a busy setting.

You will weigh and portion ingredients, follow recipes and production schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Training will be provided and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous professional or formal baking experience is required.
• Able to follow recipes, production schedules and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery production environment.
• Food Safety Certification will be an added advantage

• Prepare, weigh and portion ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
• Produce and finish a variety of cakes, pastries and baked products.
• Carry out daily baking and food preparation according to production schedules.
• Ensure products meet the required quality, consistency and presentation standards.
• Keep work areas, equipment and production facilities clean and organised.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Check ingredient storage and assist with stock rotation.
• Support daily production operations to ensure orders are completed on time

The Role

We are hiring a Full-Time Production Baker to join our bakery production team. This role is suited for someone with baking experience who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable with large-scale food preparation in a production environment.
