Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Baker for our Woodlands kitchen. You will bake according to company recipes, manage ingredients, and uphold hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible shifts: 6 days a week with long hours or 5 days totaling 44 hours. Prior bakery experience and food safety knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bakeries preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Teamwork and communication skills are important.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to recipes and company standards.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately for baking.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality to ensure consistent results.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and packaging of bakery products when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor ingredient levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with other bakery duties as required.

Job Title: Baker

Monthly Salary: UP to $3,200 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Woodlands

Working Hours: 6 days work week - 10 hours per day - 1 hour break OR

5 days work week - 44 hours total

Responsibilities and Duties:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Baker to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in baking and food preparation, with good attention to quality, consistency, and hygiene. You will be responsible for preparing and baking products according to the company's recipes and standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
