Job summary

Lavender Confectionery & Bakery Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a dedicated bakery production assistant to join our busy production line. You will assist in baking, stuffing, shaping, and finishing breads and pastries while upholding hygiene standards and supporting inventory and equipment operations.

We focus on safe, quality foods without preservatives. You must be comfortable working near ovens in a hot environment, able to stand for long periods, and willing to work 5.5 days per week including

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production to enhance task efficiency and product quality.
• Willingness to work in a hot environment near ovens to perform baking tasks effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods due to the nature of the work environment.
• Good working attitude and pleasant disposition to contribute positively to the team.
• Passion for bakery and food processing to maintain motivation and quality standards.
• Availability to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in baking, stuffing, shaping, and finishing high-quality breads and pastries on the production line
• Operate baking equipment safely under supervision to support production processes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment to meet hygiene standards
• Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene regulations during all production activities
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure smooth bakery operations
• Support overall bakery operations as required to meet production goals
