Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore is seeking an Assembly Operator to join a stable production team. You will assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components, with a 4-day work week and Sundays off.

The role includes a training period of 3 months, after which you’ll rotate between day and night shifts. Basic salary ranges SGD 2,000–3,000 with day/night shift allowances and other per-day allowances.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform manual assembly work in a production environment.
• Comfortable with rotating day and night shifts after training period.
• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components.
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets.
• Perform production duties including unpacking, packing, and rack building.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.

Day Shift Allowance:$12 per workday
Night Shift Allowance:$24 per workday

Working Hours

Training Period (First 3 Months)
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training
Weekly rotating 12-hour Day & Night Shifts
Day: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Night: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Choose One Fixed Team
Team A: Monday – Thursday
Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
Team C: Wednesday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets
• Perform production duties including unpacking, packing, and rack building
