Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore is hiring a Product Support Specialist to uphold our national system, combining strong product knowledge with hands-on technical capability to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.

You will assist senior teammates, configure and test configurations, provide 24/7 on-call support, and collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and Security to remediate issues and strengthen resilience. Effective communication and meticulous documentation are essential to success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
3–5 years of technical and application experience.
Experience with enterprise applications, including configuration and testing.

Responsibilities

Assist senior team members with day-to-day system operations.
Perform configuration, testing, and deployment support for the product.
Provide 24/7 operational support and on-call duties.
Develop product knowledge and act as SME for troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot defects/incidents.
Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Security to remediate vulnerabilities.
Support vulnerability assessments and patching per security policies.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
Maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and SOPs.
