Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore seeks a Business Analyst - Integration Projects (NGEMR) to support and enhance enterprise applications through requirements analysis, solution evaluation, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

You will work with business users and vendors to deliver technology solutions, manage procurement and project activities, provide user training, and lead teams on medium to large projects, with 24/7 standby support for reliability and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, software, or engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going application support
• Manage the vendor selection process (calling, evaluation and awarding of tenders)
• Conduct user requirement analysis for development/implementation of new systems and enhancements
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations
• Perform project implementation and application testing
• Conduct end user training for system implementations or enhancements
• Liaise with business users and vendors during project implementation and testing
• Manage a team to meet project requirements for medium to large projects
• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance standby support
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
