Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a highly motivated Engineer to deliver world-class field support for current and future semiconductor test products. You will be a subject-matter expert across Teradyne platforms, ensuring field readiness for new launches and delivering timely solutions to customer issues from global field teams.

You will collaborate with Product Development, create training and documentation, and help drive product reliability through trend analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE), with Electromechanical preferred.
8–15 years of relevant industry experience.
Expertise in RF, Power, Embedded, and Networking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Drive customer success by ensuring field readiness for new product launches and delivering serviceability enhancements.
Provide world-class support for Teradyne semiconductor test products.
Act as a subject matter expert across Teradyne platforms and engage with Product Development.
Deliver timely and accurate support to field organizations for diverse customer issues.
Identify opportunities to use technology to improve support delivery.
Develop training and documentation for field engineers worldwide.
Analyze trends to improve system reliability.
