Job summary

ETHOS SEARCH ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. seeks a technically skilled engineer to lead support for semiconductor equipment. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and improve installations, working with field engineers and customers to deliver effective upgrades and service.

The role requires strong documentation, clear communication, and willingness to travel for onsite troubleshooting and upgrades, across global customer sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with focus on mechanical, electrical or mechatronics.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment (front end or back end).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams; time-zone flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customer and field service engineers, handle escalations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug equipment; improve performance and upgrades.
• Serve as liaison between customer and division; document field activities.
• Support ECO reviews and ensure data supports fixes; communicate with the field.
• Create and review technical docs, CENs, BKMs; present to customers and ensure implementation.
