Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Product & Process Solutions Program Manager to lead GenAI & Emerging Products safety initiatives from concept to live operations. You will partner with Product, Policy, R&D, Data and Global Operations to design scalable, automated safety workflows and deliver measurable improvements in moderation and AI safety evaluation.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to building end-to-end solutions with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in product management, data science, or process automation.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and AI safety workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

About the teamThe Trust and Safety GenAI & Emerging Products - Operation - Product and Process Solutions team protects the organisation's worldwide GenAI and emerging product ecosystem. We secure global product safety, compliance, reliability and scalability, and facilitate GenAI model & application development.Partnering closely with Product, Policy, R&D, Data and Global Operations, we turn business pain points into standardized, scalable process solutions, underpinning efficient delivery of global content moderation and AI safety evaluation.

1. Operational Safety Management-Design and build end-to-end safety frameworks for GenAI & EP Operations workflows. Deploy AI-native tools to boost operational accuracy, scalability and efficiency. Establish and track key operational metrics to uphold consistent quality and performance standards.
2. End-to-End Project Management-Own full-lifecycle delivery of safety projects spanning planning, execution and ongoing optimization. Proactively uncover risks, process gaps, automation and workflow improvement opportunities throughout project phases.
3. Data Analysis & Strategic Insights-Transform static legacy reporting into AI-driven analytical models to generate actionable intelligence. Apply advanced analytics to spot trends, mitigate risks and detect early signs of performance decline. Translate business requirements into data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decisions; monitor project performance with AI-assisted tooling.
4. Process Optimization & Innovation-Assess current moderation and labeling processes, tooling and policies to pinpoint optimization and automation opportunities. Lead transformation initiatives covering end-to-end workflow redesign and AI solution rollout. Champion continuous improvement and cultivate an innovation mindset to build scalable, robust AI operations.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Qualifications- 3+ years of professional experience in product management, data science, or process automation.
2. Demonstrated hands-on technical experience building end-to-end solutions from scratch — either independently or within a small cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, algorithm and data science.
3. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, proficient in data analysis and operational performance monitoring.
4. Practical experience with Generative AI, paired with intrinsic curiosity in the space; familiarity with AI-augmented agentic development tools including Codex, Claude Code and similar platforms.
5. Preferred Qualifications-Prior experience in Trust & Safety or large-scale operations is strongly preferred.
