Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead risk-management system improvements within the Lending squad. You will collaborate with Credit, Market and Operational Risk teams to deliver strategic solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires driving value through cross-functional collaboration, aligning with enterprise risk objectives and adopting AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in business/IS/tech or related field.
• 10+ years in change management, digital transformation or related.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery of digital products.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with AI, data analytics, or AI governance.
• Experience in Agile environments with Scrum/backlog management.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy focusing on value creation, growth, customer centricity and risk controls.
• Own the customer journey for the Product(s) in risk management.
• Partner with squads/tribes to track milestones and OKRs for transformation objectives.
• Plan backlog, feasibility analysis, scoping and release planning with capacity considerations.
• Coordinate budgeting and resource planning to ensure right skills and sizing.
• Provide updates to Management committees and stakeholders on progress.
• Collaborate with Agile coaches to refine practices and align delivery.
