Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Product Owner to lead the end-to-end AI-led retail discovery and purchase journey for APAC. You will own the product roadmap, write user stories, define data architecture, and work with internal and external partners to ship a channel-agnostic sales experience across web, WhatsApp, apps, and partner channels.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in product management/product ownership, ideally shipping consumer-facing digital products in insurance, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Direct experience building or owning Digital and/or AI-powered customer journeys.
• Strong grasp of agile delivery and managing external dev teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management across strategy, tech delivery, operations, and country teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and APAC stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the AI-led retail sales channel.
• Translate vision into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized sprints with internal and external partners.
• Design and iterate the conversational purchase experience balancing conversion, trust and regulatory requirements.
• Define the data architecture and business logic for data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure channel-agnostic architecture across web, WhatsApp, app and partner channels.
• Coordinate with underwriting, pricing and compliance to stay within regulatory guardrails.
• Define and track success metrics to guide the roadmap.
• Serve as day-to-day counterpart to build partners, managing scope, timelines and quality.
• Scope regional rollout, identifying reusable vs market-specific components.
