Job summary

Zurich Services (Hong Kong) Limited in Asia Pacific is driving an AI-led discovery and purchase journey for insurance across markets. We seek a Product Owner to own end-to-end build—from conversational discovery and purchase flows to data and recommendation architecture powering personalized, channel-agnostic sales.

This hands-on role reports to Head of AI Retail & Customer, APAC, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in product management for consumer digital products.
• Experience shipping AI-powered customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the AI-led retail sales channel.
• Translate vision into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized sprints with internal/external dev teams.
• Design and iterate the conversational purchase experience balancing conversion, trust, and regulatory requirements.
• Define the data architecture and business logic behind data-driven add-ons and cross-sell recommendations.
• Scope the path to regional rollout and capture reusable components versus market-specific adaptations.
