Job summary

Zurich Asia Pacific seeks a Product Owner to own the end-to-end build of AI-led retail discovery and purchase journeys, starting with select markets and expanding across APAC. You will translate vision into user stories and work with internal and external development partners to ship features that power a conversational, data-driven purchasing experience.

This role requires experience defining data architecture, cross-sell logic, and regulatory-compliant user journeys, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in product management/product ownership, shipping consumer-facing digital products in insurance, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Direct experience building or owning Digital and/or AI-powered customer journeys.
• Strong grasp of agile delivery and working with external dev teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the AI-led retail sales channel.
• Translate vision into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized sprints with internal and external agencies.
• Design and iterate the conversational purchase experience with balance of conversion, trust, and regulatory requirements.
