SNAPFIND Talent Solutions PTE. LTD. invites a hands-on Product Owner to lead end-to-end build of an AI-led retail sales channel, from discovery to data-driven recommendations.

You will work with internal and external partners, balancing conversion with regulatory requirements, and shape the roadmap using measurable success metrics.

This 0-to-1 role requires agile leadership, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration across insurance, fintech, and e-commerce teams.

Qualifications

6–8+ years in product management/product ownership in digital products (insurance/fintech/e-commerce)
Experience shipping consumer-facing digital products
Experience building or owning digital/AI-powered customer journeys
Strong agile delivery and external dev team management

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and backlog for the AI-led retail sales channel
Translate vision into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized sprints
Design and iterate the conversational purchase experience with conversion and compliance in mind
Define data architecture and business logic for data-driven add-ons and cross-sell recommendations
Ensure the channel is channel-agnostic (web, WhatsApp, app, partner channels)
Collaborate with underwriting, pricing, and compliance to stay within guardrails
Define and track success metrics to drive the roadmap
Serve as day-to-day liaison to internal/external build partners on scope, timelines, quality
Map regional rollout path, identifying reusable vs market-specific elements
