Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Product Operations Specialist to bridge product, engineering, and policy teams, ensuring reliability and operational excellence for our product suite. You will support enhancements, bug fixes, and incidents with co-sourced development teams and partner agencies.

You will triage production issues, manage backlogs, build dashboards, and document processes to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical business analyst or product operations specialist.
• Strong understanding of data flows, backend processes, databases, APIs, and system architecture.
• Ability to map data journeys, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Proven track record of triaging production issues and coordinating resolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, policy leads, partner agencies, system owners, and helpdesk teams to ensure operational readiness for new features, launches, agency engagements, documentation, testing, and post-launch support.
• Triage, investigate, and coordinate resolution of production issues, including analyzing user impact, reviewing data flows, checking logs or database records, and working with technical teams to clarify root causes.
