Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations of technology products and services in a centralized Singapore setting.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors and business users to improve processes and service delivery. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product operations, IT operations, vendor management, procurement, contract administration or related roles.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with procurement, tender and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product and operational activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance, service levels and contractual commitments.
• Support procurement and tender activities, including requirements gathering, documentation and evaluation coordination.
• Maintain contract records and support renewals, extensions and variations.
• Coordinate purchase requests, invoices, payments and other administrative processes with relevant teams.
• Track budgets, operational activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate product/service deployment, onboarding, replacement and lifecycle activities.
• Manage operational issues and work with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, reports and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new processes, systems and tools.
• Coordinate pilots, trials and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) where required.
• Gather feedback and operational data to support product and service improvements.
