Job summary

FACULTY DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager – AI Applications to lead the next generation of intelligent products, focusing on scalable AI Agent capabilities and robust Design Systems.

You will bridge AI engineering, design, and user experience to ensure powerful, reliable, and delightful features, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software product management experience in SaaS or AI-driven apps.
• Proven experience defining, building, and deploying AI Agents, LLM workflows, or conversational AI.
• Design System maintenance and modern UI component architectures with accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for AI-driven products and features.
• Own AI Agents architecture including agent personas, system instructions, tool-use logic, context management, memory, and fallbacks.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to scale design system capabilities for AI interactions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule.
• Establish UX standards for nondeterministic AI outputs, ensuring safety, trust, and human-in-the-loop controls.
