Job summary

Toku Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of the AI and contact centre product portfolio.

You will work with the Head of Product, engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to turn validated customer problems into scalable platform capabilities. This highly autonomous role focuses on product outcomes, customer adoption and long-term platform health, balancing technical constraints with commercial priorities and ensuring successful deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering technical B2B SaaS products (platform focus).
• Strong understanding of API design and integration architectures.
• Experience with AI or machine-learning powered products in production.
• Comfort with data-driven product decisions and instrumentation.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Delivery and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the AI and Contact Centre product portfolio.
• Define backlog, PRD, prioritisation and agile delivery with a focus on scalable platform capabilities.
• Balance customer needs, technical constraints and commercial outcomes.
• Drive product launches and continuous improvement based on live data.
• Collaborate with Head of Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support GTM by providing product expertise and positioning.
