Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or Telecommunications.
• 5 years of experience with enterprise product catalog or CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product executives to support product, product engineering and admin activities.
• Coordinate product operations with Product Managers, IT, Operations and Sales.
• Ensure product administration activities comply with governance policies and internal controls.
• Produce and review regular reports on financials, product status, product changes and data quality.
• Maintain product manuals, process documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Monitor service requests and admin tasks against service levels.
• Identify opportunities to automate product administration activities.
• Recommend improvements to product governance processes and workflows.
• Participate in system enhancement and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
