Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco with a global reach, enabling enterprises through AI, 5G+, cloud and digital platforms. This role leads product administration, governance and reporting, collaborating across Product, IT, Operations and Sales to drive efficient, compliant operations.

The position focuses on enhancing manuals, workflows and data quality, while exploring automation and AI initiatives to optimize product administration.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise product catalog or CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of financial statements.
• Diploma or degree in business, information systems, engineering, telecommunications, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product executives to support product, product engineering and general admin related activities.
• Coordinate product operations activities with Product Managers, IT, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Ensure product administration activities comply with governance policies and internal controls.
• Produce and review regular reports on financials, product status, product changes, and data quality metrics.
• Maintain product manuals, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Monitor service requests and administrative tasks against agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities to automate product administration activities.
• Recommend improvements to product governance processes and operational workflows.
• Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and AI.
