Job summary
Singtel is seeking an AI/GenAI product leader to own the AI Studio platform roadmap and drive enterprise AI initiatives. You will collaborate across business, engineering, cybersecurity, data and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled portal solutions that transform customer experiences and operations.

Qualifications
- Min Bachelor Degree in Computing or Business management.
- 3+ years in AI/GenAI product management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of API-first architectures and AI integrations.
- Experience with AI governance, privacy and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Own the portal development roadmap with the release team for Enterprise products.
- Enhance portal UI/UX using design thinking and API trends.
- Develop initiatives to enhance service orchestration across multi-vendor stacks.
- Drive AI Studio roadmap, features and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with security, governance, data teams to onboard AI use cases.
- Define AI governance, security and model risk management requirements.
