Qualifications

• 8–12 years in software development with 2–4 years in AI/ML development.
• Experience leading complex system design and architecture.
• Experience managing vendors or offshore teams.
• Ability to design and integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and inference orchestration.
• Fluency with Python/Node.js/Go/Java and API design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solution design for AI and automation initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices across AI platforms.
• Review designs, code structure, and deployment approaches from vendors or offshore teams.
• Evaluate AI tools and technologies for business value and readiness.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions; manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide governance for vendors and offshore delivery teams.
• Collaborate with product, security, data, and operations teams.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex production issues.
