Job summary

Building and Construction Authority in Singapore seeks an experienced AI/ML product leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, from conception to deployment, with a strong focus on governance and security.

You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product owners, translating requirements into roadmaps, documenting workflows, and ensuring responsible AI practices aligned with Singapore Government standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field in data science/AI/ML.
• Proven experience building products using modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Langchain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
• Experience delivering AI/ML products or projects.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, data structures and software development principles.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve business problems.
• Apply machine learning algorithms and understand trade-offs for data problems.
• Define tools for product development and advise on deployment environments.
• Explain technical decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Implement safeguards for AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Document workflows and maintain reproducibility of AI pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Government security and data governance standards.
