Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI safety initiatives across government programs. You will own product areas from evaluation to runtime safeguards, ensuring responsible AI use and measurable risk controls.

You will translate policy directions into executable requirements, collaborate with engineers and policy teams, and drive delivery with independence and strategic impact across the AI programme.

Qualifications

• Able to own products or feature areas end-to-end and ship usable solutions.
• Genuine interest in AI risk, evaluation, safeguards, or online safety and willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in using evaluation metrics, benchmarks, and data to guide decisions.
• Ability to translate policy direction into concrete requirements and platform features.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned product area spanning evaluation, runtime safeguards, assurance reporting, and AI manipulation detection.
• Translate policy direction into concrete product specifications and platform features.
