Job summary

Temasek is seeking an AI Product Manager in Singapore to own end-to-end product lifecycle for internal AI products, from problem framing to production deployment, adoption, and improvement. You will work at intersection of investment workflows, agentic AI platform capabilities, and user experience.

You will lead cross-functional squads, translate business needs into AI specifications, and design evaluation frameworks. Experience with Power Platform, prompt engineering, and governance is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in product management with 2+ years AI/ML product ownership.
• Experience shipping production AI/ML products with measurable impact.
• Technical depth to review prompts, RAG pipelines and model choices.
• Financial services domain experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on with Power Platform / AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment.
• Define AI product vision, translate stakeholder intent into roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional squads including AI engineers and UX designers.
• Partner with governance, security, and change-management teams on adoption.
