Job summary

Future of Finance Institute (FFI) is establishing a Platform-based portfolio to test AI agents, distributed ledger interactions and service integrations within Singapore's finance ecosystem.

The Product Manager will own end-to-end product lifecycle for the Platforms pillar, shaping strategy, scoping requirements, prototyping solutions and engaging a broad set of stakeholders, contributors and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably software/cloud/infra.
• Experience translating business and user needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Experience collaborating with engineering to scope, prototype and validate concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritise the product roadmap for the Platforms pillar in collaboration with leadership and engineering leads.
• Translate priorities into clear requirements, user stories and technical specs for teams.
• Plan and deliver product increments with engineering, design and infrastructure teams, balancing speed and reliability.
• Engage internal stakeholders, external contributors and partners to gather requirements and provide developer-focused documentation.
