Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a strategic Lead/Senior Product Manager to helm the AI Safety and Governance pillar within PlatformAI. You will shape a dual-track roadmap for developers and governance observability, ensuring AI-enabled applications are secure, fair, and accountable by design.

You will collaborate with Policy, Legal, and Engineering teams to translate frameworks into platform features, deploy automated safety checks, and build dashboards to monitor risk, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience managing complex technical products (security, governance, AI/ML infrastructure).
• Deep understanding of Generative AI risks (prompt injection, data poisoning, bias) and AI safety research.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for AI Safety-as-a-Service and automate governance features.
• Build automated evaluation engines for prompt injection, PII leakage, toxicity, and hallucination.
• Integrate safety checks into CI/CD pipelines for Safety-by-Design.
• Bridge Policy/Legal with Engineering to ensure tools meet policy intent.
• Define and track KPIs such as MTTD vulnerabilities, policy coverage, and guardrail efficacy.
