Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a senior QA automation leader in Singapore to drive Tosca adoption and automation strategy across enterprise systems.

You will coach SQEs, define dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to prioritise automated testing where it delivers measurable value. The role requires extensive Tosca hands-on expertise, strong test management knowledge, and experience in regulated environments, preferably within the Singapore public sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in software testing, QA, test automation, or product/platform management for enterprise systems.
• At least 3 years leading an automation strategy and roadmap across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coaching a team of SQEs, testers, or quality engineers.
• Hands-on Tosca test automation, reusable test cases, and automation assets.
• Strong understanding of test management, Agile, and automation readiness.
• Ability to define adoption metrics and communicate progress to management.
• Experience in Singapore public sector or comparable regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Jira and test management/defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Tosca product roadmap and adoption priorities.
• Identify suitable systems and regression areas where Tosca can add value.
• Plan and manage the transition from manual testing to automation with Tosca as key tool.
• Coach SQEs supporting Tosca adoption and quality uplift across systems.
• Track Tosca adoption progress, licence utilisation, and automation benefits/risks.
• Establish Tosca usage standards, assets, naming conventions, and governance.
• Review artefacts and ensure reusability and alignment with objectives.
• Manage Tosca usage in secure environments with proper access and compliance.
• Guide structured test design for automation readiness with reusable test cases.
• Collaborate with HDB ISG QM Section to align Tosca adoption with quality objectives.
