CMC-APAC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a senior-level professional to lead Tosca automation across on-premise systems in secure environments. You will drive the Tosca roadmap, manage a team of SQEs, and coordinate with project teams, vendors, and system owners to enable controlled automation while meeting quality and security governance requirements.
You will guide adoption metrics, deliver measurable benefits, and ensure reusable assets and governance across the automation program.
Lead and manage Tosca test automation as a shared capability for selected on-premise systems operating in secure environments, with direct accountability to the Client's ISG QM Section. This role covers the Tosca automation strategy and roadmap, adoption priorities, stakeholder engagement, licence utilisation, implementation standards, measurable outcomes, and management of a team of SQEs supporting Tosca adoption and testing capability uplift. The Product Manager will lead the SQE team and work with project teams, vendors, and system owners to drive the controlled and sustainable adoption of Tosca, while ensuring alignment with the Client's quality, security, and governance requirements.
Define and maintain the Tosca product roadmap, adoption priorities, and implementation approach in line with ISG quality objectives.
Work with stakeholders to identify suitable systems, test scenarios, and regression areas where Tosca automation can deliver clear value.
Plan and manage the transition roadmap from manual testing to automation, with Tosca as the key tool for priority systems and other tools considered only where they better fit the technology stack or testing need.
Manage and coach a team of SQEs supporting Tosca adoption, testing capability uplift, automation implementation, and quality improvement across selected systems.
Track and report Tosca adoption progress, licence utilisation, automation coverage, benefits, risks, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Establish Tosca usage standards, reusable automation assets, naming conventions, evidence capture practices, and governance checkpoints.
Review test artefacts, automation assets, and evidence records to ensure they are reusable, maintainable, and aligned with automation objectives.
Manage Tosca usage in secure environments, including setup constraints, access arrangements, and compliance with security protocols.
Guide structured test design practices that improve automation readiness, including reusable test cases, clear test data needs, and traceable expected results.
Collaborate with the Client's ISG QM Section to align Tosca adoption with organisational quality objectives and provide regular progress and outcome updates.
