You will collaborate with designers, engineers and data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions that improve the buyer and seller experience while reducing operational costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, analytics, eng or stats or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment.

• Interest in AI tools and post-purchase eCommerce workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product development cycle with design, analytics and engineering teams.
• Drive improvements by gathering pain points and prioritizing solutions.
• Expand Return & Refund coverage and improve auto-judging accuracy.
• Explore AI-based solutions for Return & Refund workflows.
• Define metrics and perform data-driven analyses on user behavior.
