Shopee Singapore is seeking a Product Manager intern for Return Refund to drive post-purchase improvements. You will own the development cycle, collaborate with designers, analysts, engineers, and data scientists to deliver impactful solutions and improve buyer-seller experience.

You will explore AI-driven approaches to automate judgments and analyze user behavior metrics to help reduce resolution times while controlling costs.

Qualifications
