Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in product management with shipped digital products.
Strong craft across requirements definition, backlog prioritisation, and roadmapping.
Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Hands-on discovery and user research experience, including planning and running findings.

Responsibilities

Own the product backlog and roadmap across key user journeys.
Translate research, stakeholder needs and policy requirements into clear product requirements.
Prioritise features based on user impact and delivery constraints.
Design for diverse user needs and contexts.
Define success metrics and track product performance with data-driven insights.
Plan and run discovery/validation activities and translate findings into improvements.
Collaborate with designers, researchers and engineering to move features from concept to release.
Communicate product direction and rationale across teams.
