Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and deliver a digital product for the MCCY Ministry Family, from requirements through to release. You will own the backlog and roadmap, collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers, and use data to guide decisions that serve the product’s users.

The role focuses on discovery and validation activities, translating findings into product improvements, and managing stakeholders to drive alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product management with a track record of shipped digital products.
• Strong craft across requirements, backlog prioritisation, and roadmapping.
• Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Hands-on discovery and user research experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and roadmap across key user journeys.
• Translate research, stakeholder needs, and policy requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise features based on user needs, impact, and delivery constraints.
• Design for diverse user groups and contexts.
• Define success metrics and track product performance using data.
