Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Product Manager for a fixed-term engagement with MCCY Ministry Family. You will own the backlog and roadmap, translate research into user stories, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver digital products from requirements to release.

You will work on government‑oriented dashboards and scheduling systems, plan discovery, define success metrics, and partner with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product management with shipped digital products.
• Strong craft across requirements definition, backlog prioritisation, and roadmapping.
• Comfortable analyzing data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Hands-on discovery and user research experience from planning to results.
• Experience delivering workflow or management-type systems (dashboards, scheduling) is an advantage.
• Familiar with agile delivery and collaboration with design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and roadmap across the product's key user journeys.
• Translate user research, stakeholder needs, and policy requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise features based on user needs, impact, and delivery constraints.
• Design for a range of users with differing needs and contexts.
• Define success metrics and track product performance using data.
• Plan and run discovery and validation activities and translate findings into product improvements.
• Partner with designers, researchers, and engineering to move features from concept to release.
• Manage stakeholders across teams, communicating product direction and rationale clearly.
