Job summary

Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry's Digital Government for Business division seeks a Product Manager to shape BizSG’s direction and partner with agencies, designers and engineers to ship government services used by businesses. You will own the product vision, conduct user research, and translate findings into clear requirements and success metrics.

The role involves Agile delivery, cross-agency alignment and communicating trade-offs to senior stakeholders in a fast-moving public sector

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for BizSG’s problem statement.
• Conduct user research, data analysis and stakeholder engagement to define problems and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers and UX designers to deliver features in Agile sprints.
• Drive cross-agency engagements to align requirements, integrations and rollout.
• Define and track outcomes like adoption and time saved, iterating based on data.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs and risks to senior management and agency partners.
