Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Platform products to lead the roadmap for overseas content safety risk discovery and handling. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with business and technical teams to build scalable platform capabilities and improve risk governance across video and live content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience as a Product Manager in Platform products in technology or internet industries.
• Experience with risk identification and handling (Rule Engine, Strategy Debug, Risk Expansion etc.).
• Strong understanding of business, able to relate to users' pain points. Has good business sense, communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to prioritise under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve the business goals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for constructing the platform for overseas content safety risk discovery and handling. Lead the entire process of platform product roadmap planning and requirements management to enhance overall business efficiency and user experience.
• Work with business teams to identify pain points in areas like video and live streaming, and develop executable product/operational solutions.
• Leverage LLM capabilities to enhance risk handling efficiency, including model performance evaluation and optimization strategies.
• Data analysis after product launch to track effectiveness and drive continuous product innovation and optimization.
