Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of law enforcement response and related workflows. You will translate evolving regulatory and privacy requirements into scalable product designs and execution plans for global operations.

You will partner with Legal, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to build compliant, scalable solutions and continuously improve throughput, accuracy, and auditability across the process lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management with end-to-end design and data analysis.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Integrity, Security, or related domains.
• Strong systems-thinking to integrate data signals, ML/automation, and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication in fast-moving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design for law enforcement response and related workflows, including intake, review, routing, fulfillment, auditability, and reporting.
• Translate complex regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements into scalable product designs and execution plans.
• Design and optimize workflow and case management to improve efficiency and data quality for internal teams.
• Collaborate with LEO, Legal, Engineering, and XFN to build globally compliant, scalable solutions.
• Work with global ops to identify pain points and continuously improve workflows and tooling.
