Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our IT products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into impactful product solutions.

Product Manager Responsibilities
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features and manage product backlog using agile methodologies.
  • Drive product launches, including go-to-market strategies, training, and communication.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user adoption to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user-centric design and functionality.
Product Manager Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 3–6 years of product management experience in IT/software companies.
  3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile frameworks, and IT solutions.
