Job summary

Dyson in Singapore is seeking a Product Delivery & Process Excellence Manager to lead the framework for tracking and delivering complex programs across software, hardware, and power systems. You will act as a single point of contact within NPD to ensure excellent, quality, data-driven project delivery.

Reporting into the Programme Management function, you will develop tools, dashboards, KPIs and governance to reflect live project status, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent with strong exposure to hardware/software projects.
Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum programs and project governance.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex engineering tasks with data-driven dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead definition and continuous improvement of software/hardware excellence practices.
Maintain live dashboards, KPIs and program health reporting across programs.
Govern resource allocation, delivery and financial governance alignment.
Deliver cross-functional project plans and manage dependencies.
Act as primary contact for stakeholders and ensure timely communication.
