Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end NPI projects in Singapore, coordinating with engineering functions and operations. You will manage resource plans, milestones, and regulatory protocols while driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in NPI project delivery, leadership experience, and familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ processes in outsourced environments.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Demonstrates a strong drive to learn and challenge existing production test and assembly methods.
• Applies solid engineering judgement beyond core discipline.
• Has managed, directly or indirectly, a team of at least five people.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Brings at least five years of relevant NPI project experience.
• Experienced in regulated environments, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• Familiar with outsourced operations challenges.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess NPI complexity and create a resource plan with engineering func tions' buy-in.
• Set key checkpoints and engage stakeholders for approval and input.
• Guide engineering teams to define deliverables and milestones, including design contributions.
• Ensure protocols such as IQ/OQ/PQ or DFM/Mold Flow are integrated into plans.
• Hold regular NPI reviews and share updates with senior management.
• Build relationships with non-engineering teams (RDD, Operations, procurement) to support NPI.
• Maintain a tracker on health, timeline, CAPEX, DF(X), and risk projections.
• Foster a collaborative culture and provide Manufacturing/Operations insights.
• Act as escalation point to drive swift resolution of challenges.
