Aspire Global Network Pte. Ltd. is a premier global engagement marketing agency seeking a senior events professional to lead end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and live events across APAC markets.

You will drive planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment to deliver impactful experiences for clients and ensure profitability through strong supplier management and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the meetings and events industry with success across APAC markets.
• Proven skills in budget management, financial control, and client-facing communication.
• In-depth local knowledge of APAC venues, hotels, and event suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and live events, including detailed planning, budgeting, and itinerary creation to ensure seamless delivery
• Conduct pre- and post-event briefings with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and gather feedback
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality services
• Manage project budgets by tracking income and expenditures to ensure event profitability
• Delegate operational tasks effectively to project team members and mentor them to uphold high standards of execution
