Job summary

WeAreAspire, a premier global engagement experiential agency, seeks an events professional to lead virtual, hybrid, and live events across APAC. You will manage budgets, create itineraries, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to deliver profitable experiences.

Responsibilities include pre/post-event briefings, vendor negotiations, and mentoring the project team to maintain exceptional standards of delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in meetings/events
• Strong budget management and financial control
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationships
• Deep knowledge of APAC venues, hotels, suppliers

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and live events, including planning, budgeting, and itinerary creation.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Conduct pre/post-event briefings, build strong client relationships, and negotiate with external suppliers.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, income, and expenditures to ensure overall event profitability.
• Team Leadership: Delegate operational tasks, mentor project team members, and maintain high standards of execution.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the meetings and events industry with a proven track record across APAC.
• Strong experience in budget management, financial control, and client-facing communication.
• Solid local knowledge of APAC venues, hotels, and event suppliers.
• Qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
