Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd invites an experienced Producer/Assistant Producer to lead end-to-end production of virtual, hybrid, and live events across APAC, driving planning, budgeting, and creative itineraries.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, budget discipline, and in-depth knowledge of APAC venues and suppliers, with leadership responsibilities to mentor the project team and ensure profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the meetings and events industry with a focus across APAC.
• Strong experience in budget management, financial control, and client-facing communication.
• Solid local knowledge of APAC venues, hotels, and event suppliers.
• Qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and live events, including planning and budgeting.
• Conduct pre/post-event briefings, build client relationships, and negotiate with suppliers.
