Job summary

Aspire, in partnership with a global event agency based in Singapore, is hiring an Executive Event Producer to join its growing, busy team. This hands-on role involves working on multiple client events concurrently to deliver top-tier experiences.

You will lead a small project management team with strong operational expertise in event logistics, coordinating across departments and acting as the main client contact during events, including global, multi-region productions.

• 5 - 7+ years' event production experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspects of the event.
• Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
• Manage high touch events & acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support.

This is a hands on role where you will be tasked to work on multiple client events at once.
