Job summary

Eigen Energy PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Executive in Singapore to design and optimize procurement and supply-chain processes. You will own daily purchasing, supplier negotiations, and the ISO documentation framework to support scale.

The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain, strong process thinking, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. You will collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective materials delivery.

Qualifications

• Process-oriented mindset with ability to design repeatable systems.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Plan procurement around the project pipeline and centralise buying.
• Build material consumption model for solar, EV charging, storage.
• Track landed costs and code purchases to projects.
• Source and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers.
• Assess quotes beyond price; understand technical aspects.
• Run day-to-day purchasing, resolve supply and invoice issues.
• Maintain lean stock; manage audits and ISO vendor reviews.
• Document procurement processes from sourcing to invoicing.
